How do I check the status of my order?

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Our fulfillment warehouses carefully pack your ordered item(s) and ship them out as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. If you have not received any updates, please contact us immediately at support@domorra.com , and we will investigate the matter promptly.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@domorra.com . We process and ship orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Once our warehouse has processed your order, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Please note: Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow up to 1 week for order processing and an additional 3 days for shipment preparation. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic orders (United States): Typically take 1-2 weeks for delivery.

  • International orders: May take 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Note: We do not ship on weekends.

I paid for the "Skip the Line" option. Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?

The "Skip the Line" option expedites order processing (typically within 3 business days), but it does not affect the shipping time. Standard shipping times of 1-4 weeks still apply.

Where do you ship from?

Why does shipping take so long?

Our direct relationships with suppliers allow us to offer significantly lower prices than competitors. This streamlined process reduces costs but may slightly extend shipping times. We prioritize efficiency and aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

I ordered multiple products but received only one. What’s happening?

Since we source products from various warehouses, items in your order may be shipped separately. This is normal, and you will receive tracking information for each item shipped. Don’t worry—your remaining items will arrive shortly.

  • United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: Packages typically arrive within 5-20 business days (calculated after the processing day).

  • Couriers do not operate on weekends. A maximum of 20 business days equates to 4 calendar weeks. If you experience delays beyond 30 business days (6 calendar weeks), you are eligible for a full refund under our guarantee.

Customs Delays

Local customs offices may request additional documents or time to clear your package, which could affect delivery estimates. Packages may be delivered by local postal services or couriers, and you will be notified on how to retrieve your delivery if you are not at home.

Important: Domorra is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete destination details. Costs associated with reshipping will be invoiced to the customer. If the package is refused or no attempt is made to retrieve it, Domorra reserves the right to abandon the package and will not issue a refund.
