Returns & Refund Policy

Welcome to Domorra! We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, please review our returns and refund policy below for guidance on how to proceed.


Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and Undamaged: The product must be in its original condition.
  • Original Packaging: Include all original packaging and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or other restrictions:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply in certain situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, or similar items
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to us
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Order Changes or Cancellations

To request an order cancellation or modification, please contact us immediately at support @domorra .com.

Important Notes:

  • Changes or cancellations are only possible before your order is processed or shipped.
  • Once your order has been packed or shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.

Refunds

We aim to process refunds promptly:

  1. Inspection and Approval: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account and contact your credit card company.
  2. Contact your bank; some processing delays may occur.
  3. If you still have concerns, email us at support @domorra .com.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at support @domorra .com.
  2. We’ll provide instructions, including the shipping address for exchanges.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item once it is received and inspected.

If the gift giver shipped the item to themselves and later gave it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $15. Domorra is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
